The way that we live, work and socialise has transformed forever. There have been so many dramatic changes to our lives that it can be hard to keep up! What can be even more daunting, is the recognition that many of these new changes are here to stay. It’s all good and well to work from your dining room table when you think it’s only going to be for a couple of weeks, however, many of us are coming to terms with the fact that work and business has changed forever.

Workplaces and offices have seen the most dramatic changes and will only have to continue evolving as we get used to the new normal. Working from home or the office, there’s no doubt that life is very different now to what it was 12 months ago. Here are the main ways workplaces are adapting to COVID-19:

    Improved Home Offices

If you’re working from home, it’s about time you consider your working environment and whether or not it is really conducive to a good day’s work. Many are taking to improving their home office spaces, as they face the fact that they may be working from home or remotely for a while longer.

Our hot tip: Consider sprucing your home office up with some fantastic desk accessories, wall art or letter board Australia designs to have in the back of your Zoom meetings. Having a nice home office space can do wonders in improving your mood, outlook and productivity while working remotely. Millions of people are interested to know about Flood services.

    Social Distanced Offices

If your workplace has returned to the office, you’ve likely also seen some huge changes. And many of these changes are here to stay. Commercial, corporate and office environments will have to practice social distancing regulations within their employee spaces, and will also have to implement safe working environments. One big way in which offices have had to evolve is the use of hand sanitiser dispensers at entry and exit points. Divider screens are also going to continue to operate in offices, as employers realise that the key to practicing safe work procedures is ensuring that employees are social distancing, using hand sanitiser and washing their hands correctly.
